Hazard register

The Hazard register documents workplace hazards, associated risks, and controls around them to help minimise potential dangers.

Adding a new hazard

To add a new hazard click the Add hazard button next to the search bar.

Fill in the name, description and category.

The risk categories are set up by the system admin in the Custom Fields - Risk categories section.

The hazard score is determined by the severity on the x-axis and severity on the y-axis

Editing a hazard

To edit a hazard click the name of the hazard you wish to edit.

Editing Meta-data

To edit high level information click the Edit hazard metadata text

Adding controls

To add controls click on the control tab.

Closing / Removing a hazard

Click on the name of the risk you wish to close.

Under the risk data click either the Close and archive hazard or Remove hazard button.
