  • Navigate to Representation under HR Manager role

  • Click 'Health & Safety Representatives' link to get to the main page

Manage workgroups

Health & safety committees in New Zealand often use work groups to enhance workplace safety and streamline communication. Workgroups comprise members from various levels of an organization, each contributing their unique perspective to address specific issues. By focusing on particular areas of health and safety, these groups can develop targeted strategies to mitigate risks and promote safe practices. They ensure that every workforce segment is represented and that safety protocols are consistently reviewed and improved, fostering a collaborative environment for workplace well-being.

  • Click 'Add new work group' to add a new group. It will automatically create a new option.

Managing users assigned to the focus areas

  • Click button 'Add new representative'

  • A drawer with available users opens

  • Select and add the user to assign them the status of representative. The drawer closes after doing so

  • Adjust the start and end date for the new representative.

To delete the representative, click the icon
