Updating Asset Information

Asset information can be updated by clicking the name of the asset.

Configuration

Status Updates

To change the status, click the Status updates button, then click the relevant status button

Note: The status' are defined by the System Admin under Asset status in the Custom Fields tab

Maintenance

To add a maintenance, click the Maintenance button, then click the Add maintenance record.

It will automatically add a Repair record, click the pen icon to adjust the date and action.

Note: The Maintenance actions are defined by the site admin under Asset Maintenance Types in the Custom Fields tab

Comments

To add a new comment, click the Comments button, then type your comment.

You will be able to view other comments, along with the name of the submitter and the time they were submitted.

Checklists creation

The checklist functionality is used to create a set of checks that users must complete periodically, based on the selected frequency (e.g. daily, weekly or monthly)

To create a new checklist, click the Checklists button.

Then click the Add new list / form button.

Fill in the relevant field and frequency. Click Next.

You will need to create checklist questions and choose the appropriate input type for each question.
