• Navigate to Representation under HR Manager role

• Click 'Fire warden' link to get to the main page

  

Manage locations and focus areas

It uses the business locations set in your admin area. Navigate to settings/locations to manage those.

Focus areas for locations where fire wardens can be assigned are critical zones within a business environment that require close monitoring and swift response in case of an emergency. These areas often include places with high occupancy rates, such as meeting rooms, break rooms, and lobbies, as well as high-risk zones like kitchens and maintenance areas. Proper identification and management of these focus areas ensure that designated fire wardens can act promptly to facilitate safe evacuation and coordinate with emergency services, thereby enhancing overall safety and compliance with fire safety regulations.

• Click 'Add new focus area' to add a new area. It will automatically create a new option

Managing users assigned to the focus areas

• Click button 'Add new fire warden'

• A drawer with available users opens

• Select and add the user to assign them the status of fire warden. The drawer closes after doing so

• Adjust the start and end date for the new fire warden.

• To delete the fire warden, click the icon
