Access first-aid records

Efficient management of first aid records within a Human Resource Information System (HRIS) is crucial for workplace safety and compliance. It involves maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all employees trained in first aid, along with their certification details and renewal dates. This process ensures that the organization can quickly identify qualified emergency staff members. The HRIS can automate notifications for certification expiry, enabling seamless scheduling of recertification training. By integrating first aid records into the HRIS, organizations can streamline record-keeping, enhance safety protocols, and support a well-prepared workforce.

Manage certifications that are available for first-aid

• Navigate to /settings/custom-fields

• Navigate to Certifications

• Add a new certification or go to the FIrst Aid record you want to include

• Click the options button to open advanced sutom fields options

  
• Enable "Required for first aid."

You can add more than one certificate as eligible for First Aid.

Add new staff who have first-aid records

• Click the 'Add staff' button

• Select the user to enrol. You will only be able to select users who are not already enrolled.

• Click 'Add' to add the user
