Risk register

The Risk register identifies, assesses, and manages potential risks within the organisation ensuring that controls are in place to mitigate any incidents.

Adding a new risk

To add a new risk click the Add risk button next to the search bar.

Fill in the name, description and category.

The risk categories are set up by the system admin in the Custom Fields - Risk categories section.

The risk score is determined by the severity on the x-axis and severity on the y-axis

Risk matrix

Editing a risk

To edit a risk click the name of the risk you wish to edit.

Editing Meta-data

To edit high level information click the Edit button

Adding controls

To add controls click on the control tab.

Closing / Deleting a risk

Click on the name of the risk you wish to close.

Under the risk data click either the Close risk or Delete risk button
